To promote a harmonious working environment that brings in a qualitative change in the lives of direct members, The Telecom and IT Professionals Union (TIP) have established a welfare Policy as working document and supplement to our direct members employer’s welfare policies. That this policy shall govern the activities and cater for the welfare needs of direct members and also reward packages through accumulated TIP-point.
